Can you try deleting Mta_archives once and then build and deploy again?

Also, do npm install once.

As per the error screenshot, it looks issue with the hdi node module.

Tried with deleting MTA File as well as created new project . Facing same issue in new Project too

Add "@sap/hdi-deploy" as devDependencies in your package.json file.

Command - npm install @sap/hdi-deploy --save-dev
