Error: Approval user is the same in the first and second loop

Hi all,

I have a problem concerning the approval process and it is the following one:

I have copied the standard workflow 2100071 and changed the AC rule resolution to "Function to be executed" (activity 263), which allways returns the same 3 user IDs.

When the WF is triggered, the 3 users get the message for approval in the inbox, what is correct:

When the first approval is done (e.g. done by the Workflow Test User), it is shown the following screen:

After clicking 'OK', the same screen is shown again for the second approval for the same user (in this case: Workflow Test User) without moving back to the SBWP. Why does it ocurr? After the first approval, another user must approve the item in the second loop.

(in this example, the Workflow Test User tries to perform the second approval again)

The agent of the second and the first loop are the same, what is the problem? Any idea?

Cheers and thanks in advance

Dear Marcros,

This is one advanced features provided by the SAP. There is one check box ADVANCE with dialogue at Task level. It specifies that if the next approver is the same who has open the current W.I. it will open the next W.I to save the timing of approver.

When you open the tab there is one checkbox ADVANCE with dialogue. you have to unchecked that checkbox.

Thanks

Hi Nishant,

with the flag checked or not, the result is the same. No changes are noticed, the agent is the same in the first and in the second loop.

I have synchronized the buffer (SWU_OBUF) but no change happened.

Cheers
