Error adding content provider to channel manager

I have created a central tenant which will have content providers for all my sub-accounts.

I am testing with one sub-account, I have modified the nodejs codebase so it generates destinations and then imported these destinations into my central sub-account.

When creating the channel provider I see the destinations and are able to select them, when saving the provider I am getting this error:

<Connectivity/InternalError>: Could not fetch content due to an internal error. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please open a ticket on the connectivity service. 

Can anyone provide any information as to what this error could be related to and where I can look to resolve it?

It's very much like a connectivity issue. What document/guidance you followed to do the setup? Please refer to below KBA and similar questions posted before in communities.

Hi @AmberXu,

I cannot see any content on the me.sap.com link you provided.

I couldn't find any documentation related to my use case on getting a nodejs backend application deployed to workzone on a sub-account with destinations being published.

I mostly compiled information from multiple sources to get to the point I am stuck at. Do you have any documentation to hand that could assist me with this. The second link you provided pointed out it could just be an actual connectivitiy issue as that server was having issues but I have been having this problem for way over a week so I doubt it is that.
