Dear BW Experts,

Is the ELTUID in the table RSZELTDIR, means query's technical name.

When i gave the query's technical name in the ELTUID field, it gives a msg that "No tables entries found for specified key".

Regards...

Right, the reason i was asking was I saw on the forums that GUID stands for Global Unique Identifier. Just thought it might be on the same lines.

Thank you and Bhanu for your responses !

If you do an F1 on the field it says: UUID in compressed form, so it is some form of system ID.

hi Newyorker,

no, RSZELTDIR field MAPNAME is the technical name for query.

hope this helps.

Hi,

This Techinal Name refers to the GUID, not the technical name as set in the query definition.

Put the query technical name (as from the query desginer) in the MAPNAME field.

Hope this helps...
