eclipse proxy setting

When I tried to connect to a cloud system in studio, got following error:

What's the correct proxy setting?

Eclipse->Window->Preferences->General->Network Connections: change to native and try again.

Thanks for your fast reply, after change the Active Provide to native, I still get the same error. Other suggestions?

Hi Phoebe,

Is the landscape host right?

My account is a trial account, so my host is hanatrial.ondemand.com.

No idea why this happens.

Hello Phoebe,

the neo.ondemand.com is an internal landscape. Anyway you still need a proxy server to connect to it. As you are SAP employee, then from internal network you should have following proxy settings:

Active Provider: Manual

HTTP and HTTPS proxy set, SOCKS empty.
