so I recently started doing my first steps into UI5 and SAPUI5 programming.
I installed the nessesary SAPUI5-Plugins for Eclipse. I am using a learning Book from the SAP Press to slowly getting into that UI5 topic.
So now to my problem:
I can't get the autocompletion / strg + space Tooltip, as I am used to with ABAP and JAVA stuff, done.
I tested multiple Eclipse versions ( so far Oxygen, Juno, Mars ) with no other plugins installed but without positiv results.
The only thing I get is when I type in e.g :
new sap.ui.commons.Buttons it will show me the reference to the library but I just can insert the whole class with strg+space, what is kinda bad.
So, does some one knows the right setup to get autocompletion and parameters of the class shown?
I am thankfully for any advise because this problem REALLY slows down the programming and isn't fun at all
