eCATT: automatic testplan execution - ERROR. CX_ECATT_APL_CAPTURE

Hi dear SAP Community,

currently I have a problem with the automatic scheduling of my test plan. The test plan consists of four SAP GUI test scripts.

The following error occurs: CX_ECATT_APL_CAPTURE „Error in method call at scripting host“.

The error occurs only under the following conditions:

- when the execution of the plan is scheduled automatically

- when the script has no other error and the result of the script should be green

The error does NOT occur,

- when I start the script manually

- when another error occurs; in that case, the other error is reported

We have checked the following settings:

SAP LOGON -> OPTION

-> SCRIPT SUPPORT

Installation: Script support is installed

User settings: Script support is activated. Inform when script connects to SAPGUI is deactivated. Inform when a script opens a connection is deactivated. Show system dialogs of Windows is deactivated.

-> SECURITY SETTINGS

Security module deactivated

I have entered the error in the SAP support portal but I have found no useful articles.

Our system: SAP BASIS: Release 740 Support Package: SAPKB74017SAP

Can someone please tell me what can I do?
