e-Document for turkey

Hi Experts,

We have implemented SAP Standard package i.e e-Italy invoicing in our landscape and shared the below document to basis team to configure all the steps from their end including creating logical ports in SOAMANAGER, certificates etc.

Now we are implementing Turkey e-delivery/invoicing package. Do we have any similar kind of document available where all the steps are mentioned ? If yes, Can you please share the link.

Also please let me know what Turkey webservices (in SOA Manager) needs to be configured.
