We are planning a major SAP upgrade from NW 701 (dual-stack) to NW 7.5 of one of our landscape. To prepare for upgrade, we have to do dual stack split and unicode conversion first as it is no more supported. I just need advise on the sequence of these tasks like , can we do dual-stack split first and unicode conversion after that followed by SAP upgrade. Or Unicode conversion first, then split of dual stack - followed by upgrade in the end. It would be better to do some parts together - but I think combined upgrade + UC is no more an option in SUM.
Also any suggestion to minimize number of downtimes in this course of actions would be helpful.
