Hello,
You can create a print ticket via transaction SPAD for the output device containing the option setting for duplex printing. You can define this as a standard print ticket for this output device via the check box selection. See the following SAP note about this.

With the standard print ticket the selected option will always be applied when printing via this output device.

Hello,
This feature is controlled by your Printer.
Add a new printer using the same driver etc. and in the options to enable double sided printing set it to yes or OK or what ever it needs.
Then when printing select that printer.
The other option is in CR Designer Click on Print, then go through the options to enable double sided and other options you may want and the Click the Save or update button, don't print.
Now when you print again it should use those settings sellected.
