Document Template - Detect Automatically

Hello everyone,

I've created 2 templates for my documents. In my workflow, If I select the template that I want to use, it works perfectly, I get all the information correctly. However, when I try to use the Automatic Detection of the template it does not work, it retrieve all blank information.

How could I improve this? The documents are not similar and each template has already 5 samples.

Hi Rafael,

This activity behaviour is not consistent here as it shouldn't behave so when you select Detect Automatically.

First thing you could ensure is that the 5 samples you have included for a certain template should be of the same format and not different to each other. Otherwise, this could be one of the reason for the issue.

If the issue persists, could you please create a ticket and provide all the necessary details so that our team can investigate as it might as well be an issue specific to your tenant?

Hi Rafael, if you get the document from an email box, maybe you can evaluate the sender and with a Rule define the right template.
