DMIS_2011 SP11 in source - backward compatibility, issues with trigger creation

Dear SLT Experts,

We have a central instance of SLT running with DMIS_2011 SP8. One of our source R/3 systems was recently updated to EHP8 and Oracle 12c. DMIS_2011 was updated from version SP10 to SP11.

Currently we are experiencing issues where SLT has problems with automated trigger creation/clearing on the source database for some tables:

We are able to clear the triggers manually in source using report IUUC_DELETE_TRIGGERS_REMOTE, and after SLT is able to create the triggers for a configuration. However, all other configurations afterwards using the same source and replicating the same tables fail with this error again - it seems SLT is somehow not detecting triggers existing in source.

Like mentioned before, this only happens for some tables, while others are perfectly fine.

I have 2 questions:
1) Does anyone know a possible solution for this?
2) Is DMIS_2011 SP11 in source backwards compatible with DMIS_2011 SP8 in SLT?
