Display entry when it's value is null

From the chart below: You can see that I am missing two names in the list on the left vs the one on the right. This is because the employee's do not have any entries that would force them to display in the list on the right. The missing employee's on the left are: "Ferrando" "Lange, T", and "Scott, Ki,". I am sure that this is a formula that I need to write but I am not sure where OR what the formula is. TIA!

What specifically are you trying to do with this data? Are the two lists from different tables?

two different tables two different subreports. I know there’s a formula that allows me to manually enter the names that are in the list having null (or no data) for that particular month. I can’t recall it though.
