I am using SAP Cloud ALM - specific to Synthetic user monitoring   and want to configure my notification settings so that I only receive email alerts for critical performance issues. I do not want to receive alerts /  email notifications for warning or poor performance issues. I need guidance please  on how to switch off warning emails in the system as I have not found the spot yet ?   Only option is on or off , unless I am missing it  Maintain Business Services | SAP Help Portal
