If you are trying to understand the technical difference then BI/BW is the technological part where data is stored in data warehouse and highly analytical tools are made available for further analysis of this data.
BO further refines the analytical tools used to analye the data sitting in the data warehouse.
In a layman's term, BI/BW is where data, extracted from various applications, is sitting for further analysis... and BO is the front end tool that is used to analyze this data.
