I have setup Desktop Agent (v3) and registered and external authentication (for Office365) fine.
However, I can't reliably set this up for others. For one colleage it works, but for two others they get the following message when registering the external authentication.
An error occured during the external authentication registration. Failed to launch the browser process.
TROUBLESHOOTING: https://pptr.dev/troubleshooting.
All users defaulted to the Edge browser.
Any suggestions?
