Hello!

My name is Mikhail, I am PhD student at Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic.

Recently I was wondering how to extend the RPA applications to support problem-solving tasks and defined five design principles (functional requirements) intended to guide the development of bots capable of providing problem-solving support.
