Deploy on Edge Integration Cell using API

Hello product team,

We are creating a CICD tool for the integration suite, and we are using the Cloud Integration APIs to import the artifacts.

To deploy, we are using the /DeployIntegrationDesigntimeArtifact api, however, we have the Edge Integration Cell in our landscape and we would like to deploy to the Edge and the api does not have a parameter to determine the Runtime Profile.

Could you help us with this guidance.
