DB Connect

BW experts,

I have 21 server databases where I have to pull data in BI 7.0. I know I can do it with DB connect, but do I have to create 21 separate DB connect source systems or I can create one and assign different servers to it?

Hi Ashwin,

You need to Create multiple source system connections as in one connection you

can only give one database name. If its a one time load and you don need later then u can have one system but you have to change the db parametrs everytime you need data from different database
