Hi,
At ecc side go to RSA3, enter the valid from value as 10101000000 at selection, execute it. you may find respective record details.thru that you will know 0BPARTNER, once you know 0bpartner, seek crm team help and ask them edit valid from value. once the correction was done, delete request at PSA and reload data from source team.
Thanks
Hi venmani,
To find out the wrong record, at RSA3, execute and down load whole load data into Excel sheet(seems like you may medium size data), in that you may see Valid from and Valid date too. there you can find valid form - 10101000000, thru that you will find respective bpartner value. once you know partner value, take crm team help and do the correction. after the correct recheck at RSA3, if values are coming as expected way, then reload to bw too.
On excel use filters on column "valid from" you will find easily.
or ask CRM team check wrong "valid date from" was lied in base tables of 0BPARTNER_ATTR data source.
Thanks

Venmani,
Work with ECC team to correct the records so that it comes into BW in the correct format.
For a more immediate solution, filter out records that have the wrong format in the infopackage selection. This should allow your data to move into the data targets.
