Database Logon issue with Microsoft OLEDB Driver 19 for SQL Server but works ok with OLEDB Driver 18

We have Crystal Report SAP Crystal Report Runtime engine 13.0 17 installed. 

When we install new Microsoft OLEDB Driver 19 for SQL Server, it gives logon issue but 

for OLEDB Driver 18 OLEDB Driver 18, it works ok. we would like to migrate from 18 to 19 OLEDB. 

SQL Server is - 13.0 version 

Can you please guide about it?

Firstly you need to upgrade CR for VS to the latest SP, currently it's SP 36

Note: SP 17 doesn't support your SQL Server or Client.

Once you upgrade your application to SP 36 it should all start working.

Note also MS ODBC 19 is not listed as being support yet, you'll have to use 18 for now.

If you don't own the application then contact the makers for an updated version.

MS ODBC 19 is not listed as being support yet, you'll have to use 18 for now. Are you referring Microsoft OLEDB Driver 19 for SQL Server here? OLEDB & ODBC are different software.
