Data Services using AWS Redshift Target : S3 Configuration File for Bulk Loader

Trying to use Redshift as a Target, with the bulk loader option.
The documentation linked below states that you must enter the S3 file location as a "Configuration File"

Yet I cannot find instruction on what this file is supposed to look like !?

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction ?
