I´m working with a customer to activate DATA Intelligence, but when I try to open the data Intelligence service it said the service plan is not bindable. Does anyone have recieved this message before?

SAP DI should show up in application, not as a service.
DI has its own URL and user management.
If message is coming before activation then you can just ignore it as a info (because it's an application) and move ahead. If it's coming after activation and you are not able to open DI URL then you need to log ticket with SAP because it should not be like that on purpose.
