Data Intelligence and Hana Cloud Connection error

HI,

I am trying to create a connection between SAP Data Intelligence and Hana Cloud, but I am not able to create a connection due to an error below.

Code:1300004Message:Cannot establish JDBC connection. Error: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sap://b8a1dd64.hana.prod-us10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443 [Object is closed: com.sap.db.jdbc.SecureChannelSession@4fc1b-8d81ed0d64.hana.prod-us10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443 ConnectionID:0 SessionID:0 on sun.nio.ch.UnixAsynchronousSocketChannelImpl[connected local=/1:37042 remote=b8a1d.hana.prod-us10.hanacloud.ondemand.com/54168:443]].

What do you suggest to resolve this situation and allow me to create a connection between the two tools?

Hi Vitor,

From experience when I added HC instance to my DI instance it didn't work.

First error I had was that I had to leave "Validate host certificate" off and the second was that I had to add the DI instance IP to the allowed list in HC.
