Data flow execution error - SAP Data warehouse cloud

I am working on a project in DWC and I have a data flow where the main table and the masters meet:

However when I try to run it I get this error:

I did a mapping to check the fields and data types, but apparently everything is fine. Does anyone know what this error is due to?

Could you solve the problem?

Probably it is a memory error like Xavier mentioned but memory of which component? In my DWC Space there is enough RAM and hard disc.

It looks like a memory error. Maybe you can try some "where" filter to limit the number of records or check the joins.
