Try setting the Exception aggregation as Average for the Account member where you want this. If you are using the new model type (measure based), you would need to do this to measure instead of account.

Yes, that works for unbooked cells.
But for already booked cells, with existing data underneath, you have to be very careful and first delete existing values before planning new values.
This requires end user training...
Unfortunately there's still no copy disaggregation yet in SAC that could make this failure proof.
