Customizing CCMS alerts

Hi, All

This is not specific XI 3.0 question, Is that posible to "Customizing CCMS alerts" ? I am using NW2004s SP20, kernal 4.6C WebAs 620 Under HP-Unix

Becuase I got always subject: CCMS alerts XDV 20080528 104346

I would like to change it

I read note 796998 but it not pretty cleared! after I changed subject arcording to SAP notes alert does not working anymore

Hi,

Define a CRMG scenario for the Java component to

be monitored.

Any Java component to be monitored has to be defined as a GRMG

scenario. You do this by writing a corresponding XML

specification and importing it with transaction GRMG.

A template for such a CRMG customizing file is provided with SAP

Note 634771. Use this template and refer to this note for more

information.

my question wasn't specific for XI its general question like R3.... and R3 has no GRMG

its helpful but its specific for Exchange Infrastructure for heartbeat monitoring GRMG, mmmmm it posible to customizing but not for CCMS MTE...

anyway thanks
