I am currently building an RFC interface to one of our systems. I use the function BBP_RFC_READ_TABLE to retrieve customer data from the respective system. So far, I have only retrieved data from table KNA1, but in discussions with customers I have also seen other tables with customer data: BUT000, BUT050, BUT051, BUT0BK, BUT0ID, BUT100, BUT021_FS, ADRC, ADR2, ADR3 and ADR6. What are the differences between the tables and where is the central customer data stored, as there are many identical attributes between the tables? Which tables are useful to query?
Another question is whether these structures and tables also exist in SAP ECC and SAP R/3, as we have only built the interface for SAP S/4 HANA so far.
