Customer Statement Template

I have used Crystal reports for some years now and I am looking to find whether there are useful templates for specific scenarios available.

I would like to get a template for a customer statement without having to build from scratch.

I see some tantalising options in the list above .. for example PLD Customer Statement although I don't really know what PLD stands for.

can someone please guide me?

Hello Jon,

There are templates available when you create a report using the Report Wizard (File-> New-> Standard Report). After you choose your data sources and fields, you will have the option of choosing a template. I've included a screenshot below and more details can be found here. You can also add a template to an existing report using the Template Expert (Report-> Template Expert). For more specific templates, you would have to create one yourself, following these steps.
