Load Master Data , Acivate it and in Report for Customer Nom you choose Properties and Display as Text & Key, or Ker & Text like this ypu need to set the properties.
Along with checking the master data (Load the customer master data again, activate it), do you have any restriction or condition in the report? Some other condition may be causing customer names not to appear in the report.
Thanks for the valuable inputs....but again the user is having this issue that the customer names which do not show up in the report with CRM order details and invoices only...please suggest what can be done to identify if there is any issue in the reporting side or any other inputs...
Try debugging at each level, first check the query filters, if that is not indicative , check the data at multiprovider level at backend, If still it doesnt show see the cubes if the data u are looking for is there.
