Custom script failed to execute in BPA Workflow ?

Hello SAP Experts,

We are facing a custom script issue from last week and we are unable to resolve the issue. please find below error message and screen-shot for your reference and please guide us for this error.

Note : we have checked the code in custom script which is working fine previously the issue happen suddenly and we are unable to find it, we have checked this issue with team members they also facing same custom script issue as display in the below screen.

Create Request Number - Name of the script.
