Custom object cannot be published

Hello Gurus,

I created a Custom Business Object "BO" in relation to Account. The BO appears as a tab in the Account and as a workcenter, but I can't add new values into it because the button "New" is disabled.

Also, it's not possible to publish the BO, the error below appears :

I already raised an incident in the C4C system.
