Currency Conversion Error: Server Error

Dear SAC Community,

I am currently facing an issue with currency conversion while attempting to convert USD to INR. Surprisingly, I encounter an error when converting to INR, whereas converting to EURO works without any problems. I have ensured that the target currency is correctly maintained. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

The error message I receive is as follows: "Server Error: The currency conversion failed. Please provide missing rates for all needed rate types and categories in the rate table 'SAP_ALL_CURRENCY'."

I understand that this issue may seem basic to experienced individuals, but as a newcomer, I would greatly appreciate any help in gaining a better understanding of this matter.

deepika55The rates you maintained is only for USD to INR. So any entity with USD as currency will work for conversion. If you use entity whose currency is other than USD, you will face missing rates error. You have not shown the table with data so I cannot say what source currency were being used.
