.csv file upload is not working.

Hi everyone,

I had a requirement for upload and download the .csv file in UI5. But when I download the file and edit it on Excel and CLOSE THE Excel file my entire column collapse into a single column. And then when I upload it, it oviously throws an error.

Please help me on what do I need to do to correct it.

Are you sure while saving again through excel you are selecting .csv extension (probably UTF-8 encoding).

I faced similar problem, but later got to know that the CSV is indeed tab delimited file.

Check the file structure, try opening it through notepad.

Hi Aadhar,

As soon as I download and edit it. I save that file and close that. When I again open the file all the content got collapse into a single column. Is there any way to retain its content as it is?
