Hi,
Im trying to install the Cronacle Mobile but during the connection the system reject me.
I check in the Installation guide and I found this info
2.2 Server Configuration Requirements
1) Each Cronacle or SAP Central Process Scheduling system that is to be accessed via Cronacle Mobile has to be configured to allow remote device access. The Server administrator needs to enable this as follows.
I. Access the u2018iPhone Accessu2019 tab by clicking on the iPhone icon in the u2018Monitoringu2019 navigation group.
II. By default iPhone access is disabled. To enable it right click anywhere in the iPhone Login Overview pane and select u2018Enable Mobile Accessu2019.
The issue is becuse I cant found the option to allow remote devices inside the CPS ,

Hello,
I am assuming here your CPS version is M28.xx. Click on the I button in the right top to compare this number.
To enable the iPhone access create a SAP CPS registry key /configuration/mobile/enable and the value to true.
