Create a map with a specific distribution

Hello, I want to create a map in Webi with the dimension "DIT" and the number of occupants as an indicator.

However, my DIT dimension is a distribution of the French territory specific to the company.

I am using longitude and latitude data to define my dimension as a geographic element but it does not work.

Here is some of data i have :

I want to place the Caribbean DIT on a map in webi. How can I do ?
