I'm using Online OCR in Cloud Studio on remote desktop , but I'm getting error below. Can any one help me or give some idea where is the problem.

I noticed another user had mentioned the same error in Community when he used Extract Data (Template).

Can you share your details(Desktop Agent version, Core SDK and DOX SDK) too.

I would require these details for further investigation.
