Hallo.
We have a dual-stack portal system 7.0 and we want to split into ABAP and Java instances (it is a prerequisite to upgrade the portal to 7.30).
In detail, we have a sap netweaver 7.0 (Abap+Java) on a MSCS (Windows cluster) so one ABAP instance on node1 of MSCS and one ABAP instance on node2 of MSCS
Could I split dual-stack into separate ABAP and Java systems on the same hosts on the two MSCS cluster nodes?
The bd is in another cluster and we want to make the split with the move database option creating a new bd for the java sid.
Thanks

Dear Edurne,
Firstly I would say that NW 7.0X system has been not supported since 1st January 2018, see note:
1648480 - Maintenance for SAP Business Suite 7 Software
By the way I would recommend to check the following note:
1797362 - Dual-Stack Split for Systems Based on SAP NetWeaver
For your question please see the Dual stack split guide:
I deem the part "2.1 Split Option: Move Java Database" describes your scenario.
It is also mentioned in the guide: "If you want to install two Oracle databases on one host, read SAP Note 98252 before installing the second database instance."

Barnabás
