Correlation between ALI and RFF segment

Hey,

I'm mapping EDI and I'm a little confused about the ALI segment.

In customer specification ALI looks like this:

I can't find anywhere 4183 filed either '77e' or '83e'....

The thing is that there a relation between ALI and RFF according to the customer specification:

1. Is ALI should be mapped?

2. Is there a real any relation between ALI and RFF?
