Hi all,
Recently I installed BO 4.0 Enterprise platform. The installation was success. Where as the SIA.ConnectionServer and SIA.ConnectinoServer32 services are not going up they are in initialization mode. When i click the services to forcibly stop, one pop up saying that Configuration, auditing enable/disable state change rejected;server SIA.ConnectionServer is currently being initialized.
Please help me to get out of this issue. Do we need to do any post installation things. I attached the error image file please find it.
Thanks

Hi Vishnu,
Could you please log into CMC and check the expiry date details for the license Key. I am suggesting this because a similar issue was seen in another environment and was fixed after applying correct licenses. Please apply screenshots to the post. Also are there any patches applied??

Arvind,
I selected the key and then i have taken screenshot. I am using 1 year license keys. The key doesn't show any processor license, it is blank. I don't have knowledge on keys. I have used same license for other enterprise BI platform in my org. Does it has problem using same key for other platform.

To resolve the issue please delete the contents of the Data folder after stopping Web Application Server (tomcat) and SIA.
You may find the Data folder where Sap Business Objects installed under the SAP BusinessObjects XI4.0.
Then restart SIA and Web Application server.

Well thanks..I have seen a license key info that shows 4 on the processors. Does that mean the IPS pertaining to that license is valid on 4 CPUs?
