configuring the Universal Worklist

Hi All,

I am trying to configure the UWL so that it acts as the SAP Business Workplace (TCode sbwp), in the Enterprise Portal. Using UWL Administration, I am able to receive all workitems of my inbox in the "Taksks" tab of the UWL, but not the Document class(any message which contains documents, not triggered by workflows) of the inbox in UWL. What am I missing?

Hi Vinit,

Unfortunately, only workitems are supported in UWL. Inbox documents are not supported.
