Compare data from two different queries

Hello all,

I have 2 queries (query 1 and query 2) from two different datasets that BOTH contains the following variables:

1) Name

2) Number of working hours/week.

3) Start date (i.e. first date of employment)

4) End date (i.e. final date of employment)

I want to compare if the data is the same in query 1 and query 2 (for instance if the same names are present in both query 1 and 2).

The problem is if I merge name (query 1 + 2) and make a table, I only get the names that are both in query 1 and 2. But for the purpose of comparison it is necesseary to see ALL names in query 1 and all names in query 2 and compare if they are all there (see attachment).

I have attacthed a screenshot from an excel file to show what i want to make in SAP BO.
