We're seeing duplicate Job Families and Job Functions being created in SuccessFactors during the Cobrainer integration.
The same or very similar Job Families/Functions already exist in SuccessFactors, but new records are being created rather than matched/updated.
Has anyone encountered this before?
- What field is used for matching (ID, code, external ID, name, GUID, etc.)?
- What is the recommended approach to prevent duplicate Job Architecture records when integrating Cobrainer with SuccessFactors?
