In the CMC (3.1) I am in the administrators group and can lock any account or change any password except 1 user. This user has retired and has numerous scheduled reports and we cannot un-check the "Enabled" checkbox or change his password. Any ideas why ?
Nope not a typo, we are on that old version! We believe we have discovered a work around, logged in as administrator we can disable and/or change the password. Since this account has scheduled reports we have decided to rename the account to a generic scheduler user (SchedUser) and change the password. We are testing this in our test environment but it looks like the way to go for us.
