Cloud Integration HTTP timeout not taken into consideration

I have timeouts after ~10s

My HTTP adapter is like:

I have two Integration blocks. One for Scheduled Start, one as HTTP endpoint. They are calling the same Local Process with one HTTP call inside.

Where to set connection timeout?

Then please check with reciever system settings and dont think an issue from cpi

Have you tried with rest client like postman? Is it working?

Checked with Postman and timed out after 10 seconds regardless of settings in Postman which are set to 0 (wait indefinitely)

Never changed default value:
