Cloud foundary datacenter in uae

Hello everyone,

1. Could someone clarify whether Cloud Foundry data centers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) are available in the UAE region, and whether SAP BTP is hosted on them.
2. One of our customers is currently using a Neo tenant for SAC. Is it possible to migrate this to Cloud Foundry? If so, would there be any changes to the licensing model or associated costs?

pls. check https://discovery-center.cloud.sap/protected/index.html#/viewServices?regions=uae(dubai) and available BTP Service in that region, like Cloud Foundry Runtime.
