Verify that the IP addresses of the respective SAP Cloud Platform region are whitelisted within the network where the Cloud Connector is installed (firewall, intrusion detection system, etc). scroll to the Network section.
Check the proxy configuration:
1) In SAP Cloud Connector, go to the "Configuration" menu.
2) In the "Cloud" tab, click on the pencil ) icon in the "HTTPS Proxy" section.
3) Enter the host and port for the proxy server, and fill in the user and password if it is necessary.
4) Save.
