Cloud ALM Solution scenario during implementation project

Hello,

What is the approach during an implementation project when new SAP Public Cloud release is coming (in the middle of Realize phase)? We have performed the fit to standard with version 2502 and now new version will be there. Should/can we update the solution scenario and processes somehow or do those remain the ones that were selected originally and its ok? Thanks for help!

Hello marika_o

the Solution Scenario Versions you scoped already you can further use in CALM, will not disappear. Of course you should take a look at the new content and evaluate what of that is relevant for you.

The only option currently available is to create a new Scope including the desired version of the Solution Scenario and manually rescoping the corresponding Solution Processes as well as reassigning (or recreating, in the case of Test Cases) the related project entities.

We are aware that this is inconvenient and we will take your feedback into account for the further development of SAP Cloud ALM. You can also make use of our customer influence program for requesting and tracking your feature request.
