I need to know what personal data is collected by the Cloud ALM apps stated in KBA DIGITS. These are:

• Integration Monitoring 
• Synthetic User Monitoring
• Real User Monitoring
• Configuration & Security Analysis
• Operation Automation
• Change and Deployment Management
• Job & Automation Monitoring
• Intelligent Event Processing
• Business Process Monitoring

Our compliance team needs this information, and I could not find this in the documentation for all apps.

I have more or less the same question from our legal & compliance team. They told me, SAP provide for their products a so called “List of Subprocessors & Data Transfer Fact Sheets”.
