Client send failed - webservice

Hi All

I've got a webservice that calls a url, the url is active and well (checked on pi server browser), when making the call in sxmb_moni I get the below error:

After doing some reading this post (https://archive.sap.com/discussions/message/8991525#8991525) suggested theres a note for it, but given that was for pi 7.1 and im using 7.4 I would have thought this wouldn't be an issue. This has only errored since the 3rd party changed their ws..

Is there any further advice for 7.4 users?
